Ryoko Iori (played by the featured actress) and Danzou are on their way to confront an enemy ninja clan when they stumble upon one of their hideouts. As they approach, they are ambushed by the enemy forces. Despite being outnumbered, Ryoko manages to defeat several enemies but fails to protect Danzou, who falls victim to their attack. Overwhelmed by grief and distraction, she doesn't notice that she has been captured by the head ninja of the opposing force.
The cunning leader produces a vial of his secret aphrodisiac potion and forces it down Ryoko's throat against her will. Within moments, the powerful concoction takes effect, rendering her helpless and turning her into a lustful creature seeking nothing more than the touch of a man.
